Ryan Vavricka

Financial Adviser*

Ryan works as a Financial Adviser for the Vavricka Financial Group and has been an Agent with New York Life Insurance Company since 2007. As a financial Adviser through Eagle Strategies LLC, he offers comprehensive financial planning, investment management. Ryan can also provide retirement planning, estate planning, insurance planning and review, education planning and funding, and more. Ryan has always had a passion for financial planning and the ability to use this passion to help his clients achieve their financial goals is what really drives Ryan and makes his career so fulfilling. He believes that when the client and their needs are put first and their needs are met with the skills, resources, and experiences of the professionals within the company, financial success is bound to follow. This attitude, along with Ryan’s hard work, knowledge, experience, and integrity, is what has qualified him for the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT)* for three years, Executive Council^ for five, and President’s Council^ for three.

In 2008, Ryan graduated from Fort Hays State University with two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees, focusing on accounting and finance, with an emphasis in financial planning. Ryan has always had a strong work ethic as he worked for fourteen years within the family business and interned with the FDIC as a bank examiner during his college career. In his last year of college Ryan obtained an internship with New York Life and has been with the company ever since. Ryan is now engaged to Sara Vaughan and when he is not working he loves to hunt, fish, water ski, travel, play and watch basketball, exercise, and spend time with his family and friends.

Sara Vavricka, CLU®, ChFC®

Office Manager

Sara Vavricka is the office manager at Vavricka Financial Group and carries out many roles within the company. Her overall support and management of Vavricka Financial extends to the areas of administration and customer service. She has over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. Sara is passionate about her work and the company she serves because caring for and assisting clients is at the core of all they do. Playing a role in someone’s financial life brings great honor to Sara. Sara graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, focusing on economics. Sara is married to Ryan Vavricka, and when she is not working she loves to watch college sports, travel, spend time with her family and friends, exercise, and water ski.

Sarah Raifsnider

Administrative Assistant

Sarah Raifsnider is an administrative assistant with the Vavricka Financial Group and has been with the company since 2015. Within her role, Sarah carries out clerical work tasks and provides assistance to agents and other team members in regard to case preparation and account management. She is passionate about her career and the opportunity it provides to meet new people and work with them alongside her team. Together, Sarah and the rest of the staff members at Vavricka Financial Group work to provide each and every client with the best service possible. Sarah is married to her husband Brad and together they have three children Austin, Logan and Steven. When she is not working, Sarah enjoys spending time with her kids, gardening, reading, and playing musical instruments such as the piano and flute.
